ACCESS STATEMENT

Henwood Barns Holiday Cottages are in the picturesque village of Henwood on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Just 6 Miles from Liskeard and 30 Minutes away from both the North and South Cornish Coasts.

We are afraid the cottages are not wheelchair friendly and have stone steps to the front of the properties.

Mole Cottage is suitable for children, but due to the wooden steps we would prefer no very small childen and we do not provide a cot in this property. If you are over 6ft tall please be advised that there are beamed ceilings and galleried dormer bedroom in Mole Cottage.

We also ask that your children are supervised when outside due to the small stone steps in the garden. Also that dogs are kept on a lead as not all of our guests will be dog lovers.

The entrance to the courtyard is via a driveway and this has parking approximately 4/5 cars depending on the size of the vehicles.

We have a seating area for our guests which consists of a picnic table, wooden bench.

There is a grassed area and a rotary line for the guests laundry.

The local shops are very nearby with 2 post office's just over a mile away in either direction which also have two Public Houses in the same localities. Our local butcher is approximately 2 Miles and our Farm Shop is approximately 3 Miles. Liskeard is 6 Miles away and has a supermarket and the necessary shops and facilities i.e banks, chemists, and cafe's.
